We are using an RBL to block spam from open relays, and its working great. Unfortunately, we have a customer with an open relay. Even worse, the customer isn't able or willing (we're not quite sure which) to close their open relay.

Due to pressure from the sales people, we have two choices, allow the customer's mail to come in, or we can turn off the RBL checking.

Does anyone know how we can tell the RBL check to ignore a certain IP address?

I've done more R5 deployments than I care to think about.

I know someone will ask. We're running sendmail 8.12 on Compaq Tru64 UNIX.
