HIs anyone out there using this software on a ACM. I am interested in a Site using some sort of IP connection not the old serial interface.

We are trying to upgrade a customer to a later release at the moment they run call master handsets with the serial interface yes that old and they need to move to an IP connection TSAPI or IP agent.
