Some of the hottest discussions is how to bring Avaya IPO installed base into compliance with the new Ray Baum Act. Ray Baum says that enhanced location information must be sent out if a 911 call is made. Think of a customer with multiple buildings... which building, floor, room..that type of info. It also requires notification to staff/management if a 911 call is made (text, email, etc).

What are you folks doing/installing/ programming to help your base customers that do not want to change to the cloud, to comply with this new law?
