Rave Reports

Can anyone tell me how to render a PDF from a rave project.

I can execute the report normally:

rvproject1.executereport('myreport') and it will print, but I can't find anywhere how to use the rvRenderPDF to convert the report to pdf format.

i have just put the rvrender on my form and as soon as the execute comes rave opens the screen with preview.
when i choose file i can select the pdf format and save it
