Rating Headsets Plantronics CS55 VS CS351N

Which wireless headset do you think is better for a telephone operator, the Plantronics CS55 or CS351N?
Both are noisecancelling and use 1.9GHz. The CS55 is convertible into 3 wearing positions, but I was wondering if anyone had experience in level of comfort or transmission quality.
