Rating 1-5 with 1 being the best

I have a table that has a total number of apps per rep. I would like to score my reps on a 1-5 scale.

The formula I thought would work was 0to5: “[3MRank]/([Past_3_Month#]-1)*5”

But this data went from 0.00000.24464 to 123.35544

Can someone help me find the correct way to get the results I’m looking for.

Thank you.

I don't think we can help unless we know what was each of the fields and the query you are using (switch to SQL view and copy and paste the statement here).

Are you using more than one table? If so how are the tables related (one to one; One to many)?

This is answered in the OPs other thread.
