Software installed:
NT Server 4.0
Service Pack 6.0a
Modem: Best Data Smart One 56FW-VWPCI

The modem has been installed and I found it works. When I try to install RAS it says "There are no RAS capable devices to add" when I try to install it.

After I select "OK", the software tries to install a new modem. It tries to locate the modem and finds it. But in the "Add RAS Device" window, the "RAS Capable Devices" field is blank, why....................................

What about trying a different modem. I find that I get very little trouble with Branded modem. I switched after a lot of trouble with Generic makes

Fixed the problem. After going to the Web sight and downloading the updated NT drivers, RAS had no problems.

Thanks to all

I'm down & I'm gone, Bye!
