RAS to PIX dial on demand persistent connection


I’m working with a group on setting up a pptp vpn from a 2k RAS box to a pix 506

The 2k ras box has a connection setup to dial on demand to the pix


Now here is the problem

The ras server reports that the vpn host (the pix) reported an error

The pix syslog reports that the client ip address Is missing
(I don’t have the exact error message but that was the basic point of the error on the pix end)

(I’ll post the exact error tomorrow)


Now I don’t see any where I can set the pptp to look for the clients ip address for auth


Any ideas?
