i have a RAS server and DHCP server which is also the PDC called "server". Can anyone tell me why the RAS service grabs an IP address from DHCP and 9 others for dial in clients but due to the RAS service grabbing an IP address then the computer name "server" has two possible IP addresses that can be resolved. That is the static IP address and the RAS service IP address.

Is it possible to rename the RAS service differently to the server name??

Any help or explanations would be greatly appreciated.
