I have a RAS server (NT4 SP4) that drops the connection from Windows 98 machines after about 2 mins. Any ideas?

Turn on logging and see what that comes up with:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RasMan\Parameters
Double click on Logging
Change the value data to 1 and click OK

I do believe you need to restart after changing the parameter.

Each dial-up session will now be appended to the file %systemroot%/system32/RAS/device.log.

Change the value back to 0 to turn off logging

Have you re-installed the latest service pack after installing RAS? [sig][/sig]
