RAS server and date format

I'm running CR9 and RAS server on a Dell Win2000 server. I have a number of reports, which work correctly through Crystal, but when I run the report on the RAS server ( same box ) then the date changes to US format - it should be UK format. The paper size changes from A4 to letter too.
I have checked every setting I can see on the Win 2K server, and all are set to UK format and A4.

Has anyone else found this problem ?
