RAS on IP Office

I am a little new to this product. I'm trying t configure a connection so that I can connect via modem on my laptop from home to my IP Office at the office and access the local LAN but it just won't work :-(
Any tips or suggestions.........????

It won't work from a standard modem unless you have an modem card in the IPOffice.

The other option is to connect using a ISDN modem..
