RAS / NPS / NAP and Windows 7

I am trying to get a windows 7 machine connected to a server 2008 ras server which is running nps policies. My windows 7 vpn connection can connect but connects on the not-compliant nps policy. If I look at the vpn connection once connected, the status of NAP State Not NAP-Capable. Even though windows 7 is nap capable. Network access agent service is running, enforcement agent is enabled and security center is running. Im running out of idea's

Please help!!
