RAS not Printing

I am trying to get a crystal report to print from the RAS server. The report previews on screen fine. when the print button is clicked the print screen generated by RAS is displayed ( the one that asks which pages to print). When the print button is clicked nothing happens.

This is setup is on a NT box with IIS

Any ideas ?
