I have a problem
I created a BDC in a domain and then took the server off-site.
When I brought it up without the PDC it was fine with the usual message about no Primary,
you may not be able to do some admin tasks.
I then installed an ISDN modem which in turn installed Dial-up Networking and the Remote
Access service, both of which I configured.
I then rebooted the server a few times before I found that the modem wasn't working.
So I uninstalled the modem and rebooted the server.
Now the server won't let me logon. It comes up with an error about being able to find the
domain. Also on the login page there is now an option for connecting via Remote access.
What do I do to get in?
and if I invoke the last known good profile (which is the Original configuration), will this
help and will the server still be a BDC?
