Hello,
I have users who need to use Windows RAS connections to do support for our customers. However, those users are connected to our network over a vpn, Firepass.
When they try to connect to the customer through RAS, they get kicked out of the vpn.
I think I know the answer, but my question is 'is there any way to make this work'?

Thanks.

this is routing issue. one option is having the VPN assign the blank default gateway and the users add the router manually after establishing the VPN.

Thanks, that helps but add the route to what? The gateway of the RAS connection or the vpn subnet?
