RAS disconnets after the logon

I am using WindowsNT40, SP6a, and roketmodem 6 port. When trying to connect, I get disconnected right away.

I've checked permissions in UMD, dial-in permissions, I checked RAS permissions. They all seem fine.

What am I missing?
