RAS Connection

Hi

I am trying to set up a RAS connection in to my office,on a Windows 2000 Server. I have set up RRAS and is working OK, I can connect in all OK, and I can see a connection on the RAS console, but I am unable to see nothing on the network as I would do if I was on the network, i am also unable to access my email as this is what I am setting this up for.
If anyone could let me know what I need to check, or change or anything like that that would be great.
