RAS and Blue Screen

guyd I still have the problem I connect to the machine when the user name is wrong it will give me an error incorrect user name or password but when thery are right it will crashes the machine which is connectd to domain controller any suggestion pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase quikly it i s killing me .Thanks
What type of modem is it? Have you checked that the modem drivers are correct for the modem you are using? Try a generic modem driver. Use hype terminal in accessories to ensure you can dial a mobile phone number or other number to ensure modem communication is available. Make sure no other dial up networking connection is holding onto the modem.
