RAS - Access denied

Domain A (NT) has a W2k Radius server authenticating dial-in users. Domain B (Windows 2003) has a 2 way trust with Domain A but users dialing in get Error 691: Access is Denied, the username and/or password is invalid on the domain.
Domain C (NT) also has a 2 way trust with Domain A. Users of Domain C get authenticated no problem.

Any ideas as to why Domain B users are not being authenticated?
