Rarely used Method Help

Sorry folks I know this is not a typical VBA question but it is driving me nuts.

Situation: I recently changed jobs and have moved from a Blackberry to no work phone. I purchased a Driod and would like to get my calendar events on my Driod Gmail calendar. I can by using Forward as Ical. Works great.

Need: Any suggestion on how to use ForwardAsICal method yo automate the sending of calendar entries?
