Raptor Mobile and WinME

I'm having an issue with Raptor Mobile EC3 and Windows ME. After I disconnect my dial-up connetion and close out Raptor, I receive a Windows blue-screen error referencing Vserver.exe. I have been to Microsoft's support site but have been unable to find any solutions. Any assistance would be great. Thanks.
