RAP error: Unsupported authentication type

I´m obtaining this error backing up different kind of clients(AIX4.3.3_nwclient6.1.0_storage_node, Linux RH8_nwclient6.1.3, linux RH8_ia64_nwclient7.1.1).
also get a message in daemon.log:
lost 'NSR group' resource with name 'XXXXXX'.
Sever is a W2k sp2 with Networker 6.1.3 SAN attached

The groups remain with the yellow watch and the only way to stop them is to restart and stop them later.
All of them do the backup in the same network, there are no events in the lan.

This looks weird - i have heard about lost resources due to power fails. However, the resource is there and you can use it.

Let me suggest the following:
- make sure that the error can be repeated (that it is consistent)
- check that the clients are always the same
- if so, create a new group and copy/more one client to this group
- retry the operation but use "savegrp -v -G group" to obtain more information
- check the details whether they are more informative now
