Hello

I am writing a report that requires the top 25 products to be ranked based on YTD Sales $. Using TopN to get the top 25 but need to place a ranking number next to it. Also will have to rank products based PAST YTD SALES $. How can I set up two rankings in the same report,

CR8

Thanks

If you set the report to topN = 25, and then place the special field "group number" on the report, you should get your ranking.

You can use a Cross-tab for the second ranking. When you set up a cross-tab you can select it and then the TopN feature in the menu will refer to the Cross-Tab rows. However, you can't get a ranking number in a TopN Cross-tab.

If you need the ranking number on the second Cross-tab you will need a subreport. Ken Hamady
