Ranking in Top N report for a Cross Tab

I'll make a TOP 10 report in the CrossTab. I know that I can put the following formula in my report :

WhileReadingRecords;
NumberVar TEST =: TEST + 1;

Issue:

I have 40 records from a specific field with a amount. Now I want the TOP 10 amounts. After I put mentioned formula in my report I press the button Top N ( N=10), I got indeed 10 records, however the ranking isn't 1 to 10, but for example 12,2,27,33,14,15,7,23,39,32 ( that's clear to me because the 12th record has the biggest amount )

Who knows the trick to get a real TOP 10??

In Design View,
Select the CrossTab Object...
Use the Menu Report/TopN Sort/Group Expert.

You can now set the TopN for the crosstab Rows. It doesn't seem to work for columns. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear
