RangeHTML not working on VBA 6.3

Hey Guys,

I have some code that converts a range to HTML for insertion into an email body. It works fine and dandy on my machine that has VBA 6.5 but when someone tries running the code that has VBA v6.3 they get an can't find object or library error. I cannot find the reference to enable to make it work on v6.3. Anyone got any ideas? Here is the code I am using:

it is getting caught up on the line TempFile = Environ$("temp") & "/" & Format(Now, "dd-mm-yy h-mm-ss") & ".htm"
