Hello Everyone,

I am trying to modify a report what contains order information. Currently the report takes one parameter (order number) and once entered it displays the particular details or that order. However, I have been trying to figure out how I can enter and print a range for example from order number 314676 to 314704 and have each order detail printed on a separate page. I have tried creating two parameter values both with OrdNo as a parameter field, but then on the select expert it only shows one parameter. Even when trying to use that one parameter with the In between clause, still only gives me one record. Your help would be greatly apprecited, this is driving me nuts. Thank you!

Well call first parameter strord and the second endord,, then use the selecte expect to pull all orders between those 2 parameters.. What version of Crystal are you using?

opps another thought,, put all the order info in the deatil section,, make it "great big",, and use the section expect to say new page after..see what happens

Hi jmd0252,

Thank you for responding to my post. I'm sooo confused hehe, but I know this can't be difficult. Ok so basically this report is for sales rep order confirmations. I have sales rep no, order no, product no, price, etc. I created OrdNo1 and ordNo2 as parameter fields, then on the select expert I created a new selection that reads like this:
{Orders.OrdNo} in {?OrdNo1} to {?OrdNo2}
I checked the box "New Page After" on several sections to see what the result would be after each checked box, but I weird results. I get all the products together from all the orders in the detail section and only one sales rep information shows on the page header. Then I tried creating a group on sales Sales Rep No and moved the detail where the product info is located, but still get the same result. I am just confused on what needs to go where in order for each order with each sales rep info to print on a separate page for each order/sales rep.

Your groups are like this.. First sales rep, then group on order no. That way the file is sorted by sales rep, and then order number. Then tell me what the detail looks like.
