Several associates showed in CMS as in Aux 0 this morning, even though they were logged in taking calls, via their Avaya phones.
Also, we have an associate who was showing in Aux 0 for several nights this past week, including on Saturday, even though Supervisors called RMC to have the associate logged out of the phone completely as the associate was not working.
please let me know what could be the issue .
