Have a site where there is random slowness on one workstation. By that I mean all is working correctly then out of the blue if they click on any icons within Sage 300 the green bar graph to load the application takes a while to load and eventually the screen comes up.

We have checked Customization Directories and there is nothing there pointing to an old share. We have had their IT people make an exclusion to the local program directory and share to not run anti virus. We have checked that the environmental path does not have duplicate Sage entries.

We are thinking of doing a complete uninstall and reinstall of Sage300 and redo the ODBC entries but not sure if this will do any good.

It is hit and miss. For a period the program works fine and as mentioned previously it slows to a crawl.

They are currently running the latest Sage 300 (2022 with PU2).

Not sure if anyone has run into this before so thought I would post.

Thanks in advance for any postings.
