I have a table (tblClaimHistory) with 1,000 plus records. I need to create a method to randomly select 25% of the records. Any solutions?

Here is the SQL to select 25% of the records from the Orders table in Northwind.mdb:
Code:
SELECT TOP 25 PERCENT Rnd([OrderID]) AS Expr1, Orders.*
FROM Orders
ORDER BY Rnd([OrderID]);
