random selection in a database....

Hi. i've set up a database using microsoft access, connected to it using vb6 enterprise edition, now i want to be able to chose a random actvity. this is how it is set up:

any help would be greatly appreciated. thnx.
 
Perhaps select a number randomly within the range of records?? What are you trying to accomplish?
