Ever since I installed Vista I've gotten alot of random "Cannot view this page" errors on IE and FF.
But if I refresh the page it views it just fine...
Has anyone else encountered this?

I think I remembered seeing a thread about this before here, but I can't find it now.

Either it's Vista or it's my router...

The random nature of your problem is going to make it hard to diagnose. You can use this XP article as a guide only, to see some possible causes.

Error message when you try to access a Web site in Internet Explorer: "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

Trying the Winsock repair mentioned may be worthwhile?

Cleaning out your Browsing History, Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and generally cleaning up your hard drive via defragging and Disk Cleanup wouldn't hurt either.

Are the any errors mentioned in the Event Viewer?

What other processes are there that might be overloading your bandwidth when you connect? See the information concerning Auto Tuning in these articles.

Internet Connection cut in 1/2 using Vista Premium

When you try to open some Web sites on a Windows Vista-based computer, you may experience slow Internet connectivity, and you may receive an error message: "Page could not be displayed"

I tried all of it.
I was hoping it would work but it didn't.
I'll see if reinstalling FF and IE will help, but I doubt it as it's happening to both.

Thanks for your help anyhow :)
