This is a random question but an older fellow I know asked me to help him setup some sort of drawing type software on his pc.

I'm looking for a freeware type program. I'm talking the more basic the better. He just wants to make a diagram. I know you can do the basics he needs in word or whatever but he'll probably like it better if I get him "official" software that does it. :O)

Does anyone know I can download a program like this?

Thanks everyone!!!!

Hi,

Try CorelDraw (version 3 or so). This is now a freeware program and is as simple as it comes. You can draw all sorts of things with it and it's not too memory-hungry on your PC..
I'm not sure which website to go to to download it but just try doing a search on CorelDraw and I'm sure you'll find it..

Hope this helps,

Renegade..

Thanks for the suggestion!!! We have copies here but to stay legal I'll grab the download. chow....

I just saw one on CADALOG.com called JustCAD5.1
I have not used it though.
