random missing appointments when syncing

Hi All

Im relatively new to goldmine, though am meant to be helping support it for our company?!%

I have a remote laptop user who is reporting that he is missing appoinments from his calendar when he syncs it only seems to pick some of them up - but not all.

Any suggestions as to what to do? its quiete a problem as customers are calling up saying where are you and he didnt even know about the appointment.

You'll probably want to get a GoldSync certified VAR to take a look at your sync set up... There are so many ways it COULD be set up that it's difficult to even suggest where to look without know a lot more about your architecture...
