We are currently running 2 Win2K servers with Metaframe XP. Over the last month or so, several users have had problems with Outlook. We are running MS Office XP. There will be several times during the day when a user tries to open a message in Outlook, (not necessarily a new message), and it appears that a new window attempts to open in the top left hand corner of the screen. It sits there blank for 45-60 seconds, then the message opens up, but the session is frozen. It takes another 2-3 minutes to close the message, and the user is required to log off of Citrix and back on in order to access any programs. We ran Windows update after the Blaster worm and SoBig virus, but did not load SP4. Any ideas?
