Random Internal Calls/Ghost or Phantom Calls?

Hello,
I am working with
MiCollab 7.3.0.106
MVB Release level: 8.0 PR3

Some users are reporting that they receive calls from other uses at random. This seems to be referred to as a Ghost or Phantom call. No one is manually calling but it happens automatically.

Does anyone know what may cause this to just start happening? The system has been in place now for over 6 months and we have not made any recent changes.

Any Ideas on this one. They are getting a lot of random internal calls again today. This was only happening to one user. But now it is happening to two.
 
Check for callback messages via the maintenance command.

I would also read the callback feature description so that you understand how this operates
 
Thanks for the posts! I tried LOCATE FEATURE EXTENSION but there are not active features. Is there a different command I need to use?
 
If you are using embedded VM make sure that "Multiline Set On-hook Dialing" is disabled in the COS for the VM ports.
 
No sorry I didn't know it might be the VM system. This is NuPoint Build: 18.3.0.23.01
 
There is a timer in system options that clears call backs after a time duration.
