Random IE Windows Opening

I have a system , that opens up IE all on it's own. After about 20 mins you could have 10+ ei's open. Anyone have a clue to what's the cause.

Could be any of a number of hijackers and/or spyware/adware combinations. Have you tried the standard fixes yet? (AdAware, Spybot S&D, etc.)

So far I've tried Ad-Aware, S&D, CWShredder. After running all these and fixing a lot of stuff, the EI still keeps opening up new windows.

Your problem might be due to the look2me spyware. Use the Kill2me program and see if that fixes it. Here's a link to get it.
