I'm having a weird issue with some 3904s on are switch. I'm not looking for the exact fix but just some suggestions to what I should be looking for.

Ok
1. I have 3 phones, I will call them A, B, and C
2. They all have extension 3000 on them.
3. I have an analog POTs trunk coming into the switch that when it rings it is directed to extension 3000.
4. If phone A answers the intial call and phone B and C need to listen in and monitor the conversation they are all able to select extension 3000.
5. When phone B then hangs up it will also hang up phone C but keep phone A active.

They are all programmed as SCR extensions on an OPT 81. It doesnt happen everytime but it is driving me made. I'm out of ideas any help please. thank

I think you need to configure those phones on group call.

you can configure this group call to have 3000 number (configured as FFC dial access to group call)
create group call
LD 18
REQ NEW
TYPE GRP
STOR 0 A
STOR 1 B
...etc

when we call 3000 all phones ring until one of them answer...the other phones are still ringing when they left the handset they come automatically in conference way with the first call...
