I have a report that shows ticket numbers and who created the calls. Is there a way to write a formula to take a random sample for each person that logged the ticket. I am trying to do an audit for the people that log the tickets. So i want to take 5 random tickets created by them. Is this possible in crystal reports?

Thanks for the information. I seem to be having a problem though. When i do the formulas the way you describe it only give me 5 total records at random, is there a way so that for each agent it does 5? Right now i am grouping by the agent who logged the call, i want to be able to show 5 tickets for every agent.

Im not entirely sure how to do that. Is it a specific formula command to do it?
