Hello - I'm running Aloha QS 6.2.13 with 9 terminals and randomly get double kitchen chits. I've tried to see if there is some sort of reasoning (same terminal, same item, etc) but can't seem to see any pattern. I've made sure the settings are correct on the dip switch settings are correct on the epson tm200 per reseller. Any other ideas? When we're busy, we might not catch it, and we end up making the tickets twice....

I would upgrade to the latest 6.2 version.
I had the same kind of problem - after moving an item to another table to void or discount the item - then after closing the check and then opening that table again for a new order the previous order would re-print but it was not on the table anymore. It took weeks of diagnostic work to find that one.
