Random channels hang up??

Have a customer with MICS 6.1 eq/w fract. T1 12 channels for phone, randomly lines will lock up and wont release, I must deprovision then add back in. Has anyone run into this problem before?
Am I missing something in programming? I think I have checked everything. It does not happen in order of line apperance, it is random.
Any input appreciated.....

I have a customer on TDS Metrocom that they are working with Nortel about upgrading the Norstar with the latest software.

There is something about Special Peripheral Modules (I don't know what it is)that is used by Carriers which seems to be causing the conflicts.

This is the 6.1 maint release.....It has only been in a month or so.

I just heard back from the site that was experiencing problems. The carrier changed facility locations & the site has been working properly for 1 week now. (The Nortel engineer & had spoken with had thought they would be able to work with the carrier & get it corrected on their end).

The site will not require any upgrading. Yeh!!!
