We're seeing an unusual bug on our CM3.3.3 system at the moment :

Someone phones me (for example) from an external source. We're talking away, when suddenly, an unknown voice appears on the line without warning. This third person has phoned someone in our organisation, but instead of getting ringing, they are put straight into an existing conversation. When this happens, the orginal caller is still connected and can hear everything, but cannot be heard. The barged conversation seems to be chosen randomly - one one person was unlucky enough to get it twice.

This has happened around 10 times in the last three weeks, which obviously makes replicating or tracing the problem pretty tough.

We're running CM 3.3.3(SR1) on Cisco 7835-1266. Two subscribers and a publisher for around 500 handsets, all IP7960's running AppLoad 00306000300. OS version is 2000.2.5 SR2. Our gateway is a WS-6006 8 port E1 MGCP gateway. We're running 2 30-channel E1's from THUS. The event logs on the boxes aren't showing anything unusual, although since the logs are so full of "MOH_Unavailable_Resources" (a known bug) it's actually quite hard to tell.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
