Random Appointments Show Wrong Time

I am seeing random events change times in the Calendar. I have made sure that the Daylight Savings time setting is checked and everything looks right (Time Zones, etc.). It rarely happens but some appointments do seem to change by one hour. Any ideas?

Any time I have ever seen something like this it has always been the time zone setting on user machines.

Don't forget old versions of CDO floating around. PDA sync tools, Blackberry, etc. install CDO in one form or another, and it may not be the latest version. Use the keywords "CDO Appointment hour" when you search support.microsoft.com. There have been many problems with this in the past.

Thanks XMSRE for the idea. It turns out that he uses an older Palm device. I don't have much experience with CDO but will do some reading to learn a little bit more. I will try to follow up with my findings.
