I have done the setup for ACD without contact center.
And the customer requirement is to send the call to the announcement if all the agents are busy. Then if the queue still busy and after repeating the announcement 3 times, they are asking to send the call to voicemail box.
My question: is it possible to configure different CDN pointed to the same ACD agent, and once the RAN repeats the announcement 3 times should go to different voicemail boxes.
For example CDN1 go to Voicemail box1 and so on.
