RAN recordings not working

My auto attendant transfers calls to an acd. When all agents are busy, the call should be sent to the first RAN then another after 30 seconds. We only get a ring no answer. I have dialed the ACOD and hear the recordings but need help from here. Thanks in advance.

are there agents logged into the acd, other wise you would need to set night ran nrrt

It could also be because some restrictions.
I would recommend to set TARG to nothing at the RAN route.
