RAN and UCD help

I am having a lot of trouble understanding how to set up UCD and a RAN table. The drs office I am doing this for wants an announcement up front giving callers key press options to listen to informational recordings etc or choose to talk to a receptionist, but if all receptionists are busy, to queue up the calls with an announcement telling the caller to hang on and that someone will be with them soon.

I have the flash based VM installed.
