yes, if you're using SCCS or SECC. You'll have to break out your existing port and dedicate x number of port to SCCS/SECC. You'll need to build a seperate ACDDN for these ports and acquire them along with the ports in SCCS/SECC. Once all of this is done, then you can use GIVE IVR statements within your scripts for RAN messages...providing you're using SCCS. If you're using SECC, you'll have to provide the treatment ID in the Call Treatment Wizard...
There's a lot more detial to all of this, but the above info is the basic idea behind using MM for Q treatment.
Or you could create messages as voice segments (which also allows you to collect digits, givebroadcast announcements etc.).
Create a mailbox in MMAil with plenty of space 30 mins or an hour. Set the mailbox number in the 'Global Settings' option within the 'Configuration' window.
