The BCM 400 will ramdomly drop all calls on the PRI line. On an attempt to make a call the phone error out with no free line or network unavailable .
1. The BCM 400 has 1 DTM ; 1 ASM8+ and a DSM-32 port.
2. The PRI provider has tested and even replaced the cable pair from the CO to the smart Jack.
3. I have upgrade the system from 3.5 to 3.7.
What am I overlooking? What else can I change ?
