Hi

How do you find RAM on Red Hat Linux box on Intel machine without restarting the computer.

Like Solaris you can find out using prtconf...do we have any thing like that in Read Hat Linux 7.2

Hi,

You can do :

cat /proc/meminfo

or you could type 'free' or 'top' to display memory stats (without the quotes of course).
