Hello.i have two sticks of ram easch are 256.one is double sided and the other not.i run a utility to ck these and it says one stick has a refresh rate of 7.8us self refresh.the
other says15.6us.what is the difference.is one only half as fast as the other.i like to know what the refresh rate diff would be.i have been using it with no problems yet.thanks in advance!!

Refresh rate for RAM is the time it takes to refresh its electrical charge.
Generally, the faster the refresh time, the faster the RAM.
In your case, the RAM with the 7.8us RR should perform faster then the one with a 15.6us RR.
However, if they're both installed together, then the faster RAM will slow down to the speed of the slower RAM.
